Development Internships

Community development internship based on education and cultural understanding issues. This internship will give opportunity to experience another culture, learn different valuable skills, get priceless experience of working in multicultural teams and find friends from all over the world.

A development internship is just for you if:

• You are more than 18 years old
• Your English is excellent
• You have a valid international passport
• Basic training and presentation skills

AIESEC Provides:

• FREE accommodation and FREE food during time of internship
• Visa and Logistics support
• Pre-departure orientation and orientation by host country
• Cultural Programs

AIESEC does not Provide:

• Travel Costs
• Visa Fee (If needed)
• Health Insurance Fee (If needed)

How to Apply?

Application

Download the application for a development internship. After you fill it in, send it to info@aiesec.az. Please include your name in the filename (e.g. John Smith - Application.doc).

English tests

During second stage of recruitment process students will take English language tests to proof their proficiency in English language. English test will be conducted by AIESEC partner KASPI EC. Candidates who will get more than 120 points will be able to go to the third stage.

Interviews

Candidates who passed English test will be able to go through interviews in order to assess English speaking skills and suitability of each candidate to become an exchange participant in several areas.

Business Games

AIESEC Business Games will help introduce future interns to each other and evaluate their leadership skills, team building skills, open mildness, commitment to results and interest in the world. Business Games are used as part of selection process.

FINAL SELECTION OF ALL CANDIDATES

***At this stage, 50% of internship fee must be paid.

Induction Training

All recruited AIESEC exchange participants must participate in Induction training will give basic knowledge on AIESEC and needed skills during internship.
